Account & Data Deletion
If you no longer wish to use Cosmix, you can easily delete your account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete via the Mobile App (Fastest)
- Open the Cosmix app and log into your account.
- Open the Cosmic Menu (the icon in the top right corner).
- Tap on Account.
- Tap on Manage Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Option 2: Request Account and/or Data Deletion Via In-App Request
You can also request data deletion directly through our in-app support channel:
- Open the Cosmic Menu (the icon in the top right corner).
- Tap on Help & Support.
- Tap on Contact Cosmix to open a support ticket.
- In the Feedback Type dropdown, select Account Inquiry.
- In the details section, state whether you would like your account or specific associated data deleted, then tap Submit.
Our support team will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
Option 3: Request Deletion via Email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request that we delete your account on your behalf.
Please send an email to info@cosmixpairing.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Note: You must send this email from the exact email address associated with your Cosmix account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
